Information Hub

The Institute of Public Finance Information Hub serves as a centralized platform that provides comprehensive visualizations related to public finance management (PFM) work that we do. This hub offers an in-depth analysis of key aspects such as historical trends in revenue collection, government expenditures, public debts, and various other critical statistics.

The visualizations are designed to present complex PFM data in an easy-to-understand and interactive manner, enabling policymakers, researchers, and the public to gain valuable insights into PFM performance and trends over time.

The data utilized in these visualizations are sourced from publicly available government and non-governmental sources, including but not limited to, national treasury reports, central bank publications, auditor general’s reports, controller of budget reports, statistical bureaus, World Bank reports, IMF reports, OECD Publication and other recognized public finance institutions. The hub aims to promote PFM knowledge sharing, enhance transparency and accountability, and support evidence-based decision-making by making PFM  data more accessible and interpretable for all stakeholders.
