We aim to strengthen public finance governance by delivering training, building capacity, and offering technical assistance. The intended outcomes include increased knowledge among marginalized groups, civil society actors, and the private sector on public participation processes, enabling them to more effectively influence county development priorities. The program also seeks to foster stronger collaboration between county governments, civil society organizations, and the public to enhance transparency, accountability, and dialogue around service delivery. Additionally, it will build the capacity of civil society organizations to conduct social audits and hold duty bearers accountable. Lastly, the initiative will support increased citizen-led advocacy through forums, petitions, community dialogues, and direct county engagement to promote inclusive, community-driven development.
