In partnership with the Gates Foundation, we are conducting research on county health systems in Isiolo, Nakuru, and Laikipia counties to understand how national and county-level dynamics have influenced health sector financing and service delivery. The findings will provide critical insights to shape the technical assistance we intend to offer county governments in the next phase of the project, with the goal of strengthening local health systems and improving service outcomes.
