Following a comprehensive evaluation, the Board of Directors of IPF is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Wanjohi Ndirangu as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Public Finance, effective January 1, 2026.
Mr. Ndirangu has been an integral part of IPF since 2016, serving across multiple leadership and technical roles with distinction. Over the years, as the country lead and head of programs, he has spearheaded critical programs, strengthened institutional systems, and demonstrated deep commitment to IPF’s mission of advancing equitable, transparent, and evidence-driven public finance management in Kenya and beyond.
