IPF bridges the gap between technical public finance knowledge and practical application through hands-on training, applied learning and targeted technical support. Our capacity building programs equip government officials, civil society organizations and community groups with the skills to engage meaningfully in budget processes, revenue administration, and fiscal governance.Through our TaRIFA Training Institute, we are institutionalizing a pipeline of skilled public finance practitioners, while our Mainstreaming Participation Accelerator (MPA) supports democratic reformers globally to embed participatory governance, from citizens’ assemblies to participatory budgeting, into the laws, policies and systems of their institutions. Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to building lasting capacity for accountability, inclusion and reform from within.
