Budget Analysis (FOLT)

This project involves budget research and analysis conducted by IPF in support of Friends of Lake Turkana (FoLT)’s advocacy efforts. The analysis focuses on reviewing Turkana County’s spending priorities over a three-year period by examining county budget documents. It assesses shifts in budget allocations across sectors and evaluates both financial and non-financial performance at the program level looking at targets, indicators, and how these are influenced by budgetary changes.
