Technical Assistance for OSR Enhancement Project (Hewlett OSR)

The goal of the project is to progressively support the county governments of Laikipia, Kitui, and Nairobi in enhancing their Own Source Revenue (OSR) collection. This will be achieved through targeted technical assistance, delivered in collaboration with the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA), to strengthen revenue administration systems and improve local revenue mobilization practices.
