Elizabeth Karoki

Elizabeth Karoki has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law, a Bachelor of Laws, and is a Certified Secretary. Having been admitted to the bar in 2012, she is a seasoned advocate with a wealth of experience in a wide range of matters legal.

As a Managing Partner of Mumbi Karoki & Company Advocates, she has honed her leadership skills over time. She had provided direction not only to her members of staff but also to other organizations, such as ours, that she represents in diverse legal and company secretarial matters.

Elizabeth Karoki is an excellent results-oriented negotiator with a keen eye for detail. Her exceptional decision-making skills have helped us come up with solutions to the various legal challenges we face from time to time. She has successfully represented us in various corporate, commercial and property transactions and provided the much needed legal counsel on a wide range of legal matters.

As our Company Secretary, she provides us with the full range of company secretarial services. This has ensured IPF is compliant with legal statutory requirements, through the years.

Elizabeth is a fitness and sports enthusiast. She specifically enjoys swimming and basket ball. Travelling is a pass time she loves when she is not practising law.

She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and East Africa Law Society.
