Fidelmah Muia is a highly accomplished HR professional with a proven track record of driving organizational success through strategic human resources management. With 15 years of experience in the field, she brings extensive expertise in people management, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture.

As a board member, she brings a deep understanding of the critical role HR plays in driving organizational success.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.

She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRPK) and was recognized as the top student in the Strategic Management course within the 2021 CHRP cohort.
