This program seeks to enhance the capacity of African leaders, policymakers, and institutions to shape negotiations on tax, debt, and fiscal representation through evidence-based dialogue, capacity strengthening, and sustained policy engagement. It connects fiscal policy actors, development partners, and the diplomatic community in constructive dialogue on equitable global financial reform. In doing so, it bridges the gap between technical fiscal policy analysis and high-level diplomatic engagement, ensuring that African perspectives are effectively articulated, negotiated, and embedded within global decision-making processes.
